Return Policy: If you receive a defective product, you may return it for a replacement or refund within provided time frame. To initiate a return, please contact us at shreerammedimed@gmail.com and provide the following information:

Order number Reason for return Description of the issue Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions for returning the product. Please note that the product must be in its original condition and packaging.

Refund Policy: If you are eligible for a refund, we will process it within given time frame after we have received the returned product. The refund will be made to the original payment method. If the original payment method is unavailable, we will provide a store credit.
